Text messages are written and sent individually by an Omni Dispatch representative, at your request, and contain the information you asked for — most often a shipment tracking link, load or dispatch details, or a reply to a question you raised.

9.2 Consent: We text you only after you have asked us to. Consent is normally given verbally during a phone call with an Omni Dispatch representative — for example, when you ask us to send you a tracking link by text — and we record that request, together with your number and the date, in your account. You can also opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on the contact form on our website; that box is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using any of our products or services, and you may decline text messages and still use our services in full.

9.3 Message frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. We send messages only in response to your request, so the number of messages depends entirely on how often you ask us for information; there are no recurring or scheduled messages.
